Effective August 14, 2026Last updated August 14, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the aisrc.ai website and the web-based services, trials, demonstrations and other online services provided by AISRC (“AISRC,” “we,” “us,” or the “Company”).

Where AISRC and a user, company or organization enter into a separate order form, supply agreement, license agreement, service agreement, proof-of-concept agreement or other written agreement (a “Customer Agreement”), Section 15 governs the relationship between that Customer Agreement and these Terms.

1. Services

AISRC develops and provides artificial intelligence-based voice security technologies and related services.

Our principal products and services currently include:

  • AICATCHER — AI-based deepfake voice detection
  • SPEEKEY — deepfake voice detection and speaker authentication
  • AICATCHER Mobile, Web Console and Enterprise API
  • VoxGazer — AI-powered voice digital evidence analysis, speaker comparison and identification, case management, and automated forensic analysis report generation
  • Other related software, APIs, trials, demonstrations and services provided by AISRC

Specific functionality, delivery methods, scope, and conditions may vary by service and may be described in service-specific notices, documentation, or the applicable Customer Agreement.

2. Application and Acceptance

Where registration, a trial, software installation or another acceptance process is required, AISRC will make these Terms available to the user.

Where AISRC provides an acceptance procedure and the user accepts these Terms through that procedure, these Terms form part of the applicable service agreement.

If you enter into an agreement or use a service on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to the applicable agreement.

3. Trials and Demonstrations

AISRC may provide free trials, demonstrations or evaluation versions of its products.

The duration, functionality and scope may be determined separately by AISRC and, unless otherwise agreed, such access is provided for product evaluation.

A separate proof-of-concept or evaluation agreement will control where one has been executed.

4. AI Analysis

AISRC services use artificial intelligence and statistical analysis technologies.

AI-based analysis may produce false positives, false negatives or other errors. AISRC does not guarantee that the services will detect every deepfake, spoofing attempt, impersonation or manipulation, or correctly classify every legitimate voice in every circumstance.

Results are technical information intended to assist users in making decisions.

Where results are used in investigations, litigation, financial transactions, insurance, employment, disciplinary proceedings, identity verification or other decisions having significant consequences, users should apply appropriate additional review and procedures as required for the particular use and under applicable law.

Unless AISRC has separately agreed in writing to provide an expert forensic examination or expert report, automated results, including analysis results and reports generated by VoxGazer, are technical materials intended to support user judgment and do not constitute an expert forensic opinion, guarantee evidentiary admissibility, or constitute a legal conclusion.

Speaker comparison and identification results are based on statistical and technical analysis and must not, by themselves, be treated as a conclusive determination of a person’s identity.

Subject to the applicable Customer Agreement and applicable law, users may use analysis results and automatically generated reports for legitimate purposes such as investigations, litigation, internal investigations, audits, and recordkeeping.

Where a service is used in a manner that constitutes high-impact AI under applicable law, AISRC and the user will comply with the legal obligations applicable to each of them.

5. User Data

Rights in audio recordings, voice files, documents and other data uploaded, transmitted or submitted by a user remain with the user or applicable rights holder.

Users are responsible for having lawful authority or another lawful basis to submit and process such data through AISRC services.

AISRC processes such data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and any applicable Customer Agreement.

6. Prohibited Uses

Users must not:

  • violate applicable law or the rights of another person;
  • collect, upload or analyze another person’s voice or personal information without lawful authority;
  • use the services for unlawful surveillance, impersonation, fraud or other unlawful purposes;
  • gain unauthorized access to or circumvent the security of AISRC systems;
  • transmit malicious code or software intended to disrupt the services;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the services or Software except where expressly permitted by applicable law;
  • attempt to extract or reproduce AISRC AI model weights, parameters, source code or proprietary algorithms without authorization;
  • circumvent technical or contractual usage restrictions;
  • sell, rent, sublicense, or make the Services available as a standalone service to third parties without AISRC’s prior written approval; or
  • infringe the intellectual property rights of AISRC or any third party.

7. Accounts and Security

Where an account is required, users must provide accurate information and maintain the security of their account and authentication credentials.

Suspected unauthorized access or security incidents should be reported to AISRC without undue delay.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the services, website, AI models, algorithms, software, APIs, SDKs, interfaces, designs, documentation, trademarks and related technologies belong to AISRC or the applicable rights holder.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of AISRC intellectual property.

Rights in data submitted by a user remain with the user or applicable rights holder. Users may use analysis results and reports provided by AISRC within the scope of the applicable Customer Agreement. AISRC retains all intellectual property rights in the Software, report templates, AI models, algorithms and related technology.

Users may not remove or modify copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices without authorization.

9. Third-Party Services

The services may contain links or integrations with software, websites or services operated by third parties.

Use of such services may be governed by the applicable third party’s terms and privacy policies.

AISRC is not responsible for third-party services or interruptions that are not attributable to AISRC.

10. Modification, Suspension and Restriction

AISRC may modify or temporarily suspend services where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance or technical or operational improvements.

Where reasonably practicable, material changes affecting users will be communicated in advance.

AISRC may restrict access where a user materially violates these Terms or creates a material security risk.

Except in urgent circumstances, AISRC will use reasonable efforts to provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the breach where appropriate.

11. Privacy

AISRC processes personal information in accordance with the AISRC Privacy Policy.

Where AISRC processes personal information on the instructions of an enterprise customer, a separate data processing agreement or other applicable customer agreement may also apply.

12. Responsibility and Limitations

AISRC uses reasonable technical and organizational efforts to provide stable and secure services.

Due to the nature of AI and security technologies, AISRC does not guarantee absolute accuracy or detection of every attack.

AISRC is not responsible for consequences resulting from a user’s unlawful use of data, failure to protect account credentials, use of the Services outside the permitted scope, or independent decisions made solely on the basis of automated analysis results, except to the extent such consequences are caused by AISRC.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for AISRC’s intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Specific warranties, service levels and liability limits applicable to enterprise customers may be separately agreed.

13. Children

AISRC services are not generally directed to children under the age of 14.

Where consent from a legal representative is required under applicable law, AISRC will implement the required procedures.

14. Changes to These Terms

AISRC may amend these Terms where reasonably necessary in response to changes in applicable law, services or operations.

Changes will generally be announced through the website or applicable service at least 7 days before taking effect.

Changes that materially disadvantage users or materially affect their rights or obligations will generally be announced at least 30 days before taking effect.

Where applicable law requires a longer notice period or another procedure, AISRC will follow that requirement.

15. Customer Agreements

Where a Customer Agreement expressly provides terms different from these Terms, the Customer Agreement will control with respect to those terms.

Nothing in these Terms restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve disputes through discussion. Any unresolved dispute will be submitted to a court having jurisdiction under applicable Korean law.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
